Don't freak out if you don't get your platinum. Amazon will send you email confirming if the purchase was made by you, since apparently platinum is from an "unidentified source".

this happened 2 me yesterday
I used paypal and the transaction is still "'pending" after 3 days from the date of purchase on dec 25th, no platinum yet and my email has not been answered. And then I purchased through Amazon and the transaction was 'declined'' with no details as to why and how and what I should I do next. Could support please pm me? I am waiting patiently since its the holidays but event time is running out and I have no plat/gold.
It's probably because it is the holidays. Email support at support@spacetimestudios.com. I'd wait until Monday.
