My friend was trying to guess my password and then I locked.

Probably roughly around a 24 hour time frame? Or email support@spacetimestudios.com to unlock it. Is there any other options or suggestions it tells you to do? If it does... try those.

Well, to get unlocked... You need the key... Which is held by JustG(ary)
