Nah, level 10 uses them quite nicely. Also great for duel specing.

Aww shucks! I'm not the best. Someblackman's new build is beast! I haven't had the pleasure to fight him yet in it. I wouldn't say anybody is the best, as each build has it's own weakness. Mine? It's elfs and dex bears that know how to use their bear (examples: Zeriousbear, MrIDGAF, Someblackman, Protank)

Well, you don't want people to be stepping all over you on a build you spent the time and plat to create :). I used to give away my builds like water but, then you start hearing that people are claiming that the build you gave them is their build and causes all sorts of complications.

actually Hidden stats and untold builds is so people won't copy other people's builds. Sure someone might figure it out, but the idea is so that people make their own builds. Plus it avoids a lot of drama. Example: TT swears I got the idea for a Riot bear hybrid from him. I actually got it from seeing warbird hybrids. He doesn't know my exact build or even my full gear.
Lol I'm so flaming... I'll turn the burners off :P
