His signature move is horrible.

But on a real note, Greninja is completely broken in OU. He has no real counter except for T-Wave Defensive Chansey with Eviolite because it can take all of Greninja's STAB moves without getting 2HKO'd and can take Gunk Shot with the defensive EVs.

Chansey is basically the only Pokemon that's viable in the current ORAS meta that can take hits from Greninja without being 2HKO'd. Greninja's Hidden Ability Protean is OP as hell.
