Chatting in game...

Is there a way to reply to another player when they send a private msg? I know in WOW u can press the R key and auto reply the last person who wrote u. Is there sumthing like that for PL? Also how do u send a msg to another person not on ur friends list?

/r then your messege to reply to your last pm. /t friends in game name , space, then your message to write to someone not on your list
