Question:

I dont know very good what you say. But for example if I'm a twink lvl 13 rogue with hammerjaw'egg my stat without buff is 125.8 damage and with buff of passive ability is 135.1. Now if I'm lvl 41 rogue with 600 damage and I use buff of pet I get 610 damage. I believe that the pet increased 10 damage if you are in lvl 10,25,31,41, etc.

Mm i'll explain:

Lets say a pet passive atk has a chance to do "-10% armor" to an enemy but as it is a "chance" happens only on 4 out of 10 atks.
Question is: as the pet gain level, is there a chance on that debuff occurs more often? (Like 7 out 10 atks)

The chance stays the same. However, the debuff procs aren't actually "chance per attack" but "chance per hit." Meaning, if your pet's attack missed, it has 0% chance to debuff.

HOWEVER, you can increase the chance your pet's attacks actually hit by increasing its level. A lvl 5 pet will pretty much never hit an enemy in Shuyal, but a lvl 36+ pet will hit frequently. So, by increasing your pet's chance to hit, you can increase its chance to proc.
