Making the gold vanity hat and set tradeable

There some people willing to sell their gold set that they bought to make gold but this is not tradeable.its the same thing as the crystallized ore u buy for 20k than sell at auction for 18k.Why can't you make the gold set tradeable.

Because its value as a gold sink will be severely reduced. There are hardly any people willing to spend gold on those sets with the current deflation (which is reasonable). If those 50-60 sets out there get in the market circulation, no one will ever buy them from the NPC again.

Also, it was declared beforehand that those vanity sets would be non-tradeable. Why change that now?

I'm guessing the OP "impulse bought" those items and regrets wasting the gold.

Lesson learned. Gold sinks keep gold out of economy.
