Ask herwolf or twinktastic. The terror combo on this baby is deadly. I shall post a guide after the twink contest on how to make one.

what happened to ur dps?
Anyway, I am a first-hand witness to this.
The proc got me from:
33 armor to -2
124-134 dmg to 69-89
134 dps to 79 dps.
EDIT: what is terror combo? how do you get it?

The dps was with rage buffed :P, that's why. I should have mentioned that in the other pictures.

It was actually more beneficial for me to use the level 10 wand anyway due to the reason of lower level requirement, so I can put more points in dex, and... I can wear all dex armor and use the wand unlike on the level 20 version I would have to wear 2 int pieces and 2 dex pieces.
The terror combo is composed of the weakness proc activating on the wand, and then activating hell scream while the purple aura is still around the opponent's feet. This activates the combo and you should see the words "COMBO" and ghoul faces surrounding your opponent, as well as white text saying "terror".

Hit percent matters more, and considering that it will only go up a few points, it is negligible.

Dude someblackman is so weird! I tested on him today, my talon had 5 more dmg ad his was still doin double! Unbuffed! And i had more armour!

I made 3 threads because one was original build, then the next was improved build and this one is my entry for the level 20 twink contest :). Btw Terror stacks and when it does... It hurts. People were hitting 1 on me with the talon buffed LMAO.

Does the bow also have a terror proc or only the wand? Wish I woulda bought a wand :)
What dex armor gives you that much armor btw? Thats more than a str build?

I don't think the bow does sadly :( Pretty sure it doesn't actually. The plat packs from the plat store give me that much armor btw. More then a str build? Really!? I didn't know lol.

parth i just wanted to thank u man.
u totally got me back into loving the twinking game again.
so i was thinking about all the 25s we been going up against lately and it got me thinking..
i have a 25 claw bear i havnt played in months.
um... I have a lvl 20 wand im not using sitting in stash along with extra plat gear.
um.. yeah.
so last nite I put him together and unleashed him on the alterra population.
this guy really is a beast :)
having a good time on these twinks and just wanted to thank u. big props to u man! cheers!
