Balefort Castle Quests stuck at 25/29

Can anyone tell me where else u can find he balefort castle quests apart from townie?

Theres a quest in Shalerockstone valley at the end of the level were the boss is.
Then there are some quests in Wyldwood, 3 I believe. Then I think theres a couple quests in the balefort dungeons.
