only during the "Event Cooldown", which is when you can still finish crafting stuff, but can't run event.

after the cooldown, you can't craft any more event stuff

You can can even after the cooldown, only if u have neccesary materials

If it works like the last event it will be only during cool down then the recipes will be removed .

Short answer is yes, you can craft until the end of the event cooldown :)

Each gem takes 2 dragon scales, max of 5 at a time so that makes 10, and maximum of 30 per day. 90 scales for 3 days of straight crafting!

Thanks for asnwering, i got too many ice scale and hope i craft use it all into tarlok gem or ursume locked.
