They still drop. The rates are fairly low so for a while people said that they couldn't drop, and the rumor spread. I don rhino they ever stopped dropping. They drop in AO1, any level, and can be looted mainly off chests, not sure on trash mobs though. Chests also drop starry armor (confirmed) sai daggers (confirmed. Ie. Killers sai dagger) and ruby blade swords (unconfirmed, possibilities for looting a ruby blade sword of legend are ao1, swamps, and LE from what I have seen/heard)
