Does damage in the passive helps to increase sorcerer dmg output as I am thinking whether or not should I leave it out? If so, how many? ( im resetting my character points at lv 41)

For some reason it doesnt do for me. Try to add int dex str in the passives fully 5/5 and u wouod notice ur dmg actually increases.

Do not use it. The game works by overriding the smaller buff % on damage/armor/speed. So if you're using a pet with 10% damage buff, those five points on damage passive are completely useless. Go for STR/INT/DEX passives instead.

You're wasting skill points with that passive.

Yeah... If u use a damage pet which most do then it's useless... Go for int, dex, critical, and str instead

Passive %dmg not stack with Pet %dmg. Passive base stats (int, dex, str) increases dmg, but for sorc, as you know, int have more influence in dmg than other base stats. How many? dunno the exact number :D

damage passive is useless if you're using a pet which has % damage in its ability equally or higher than 5%. Or any other buff which provides %dmg higher than 5%.
Chances are slim that you won't use this so you should definitely skip it.

Don't do it! Haha use dex, crit, or str instead...
