I wish I had a screen shot, I laughed so hard. I was with a PUG on Stronghold and one character commented, 'wow, only 1 death!'. It turns out he was looking at a bear's stats and he only had a single death. He was level 52 or 53. I took a look and it turned out he only had like 2k kills.
He takes some credit from the adoring fan, then delivers the the punchline:
"Yeah, so spam heal"
"Don't let me die!"
Surprisingly, I did not see the taunt icon appear next to his name.
