Question about durable passive

Hey!
As we know the dmg passive is a waste of skill points due the fact that its does not stack when using dmg% pets.

Question is: does it applies to durable as well?

If that matters, i play a sorc. (Pve only)

Itll conflict with aa of little bear, glacian, shadow veil and rally cry. Thats it I believe. At end level, I still recommend getting durabilty 5/5 for all classes.
