Sewer King's bow is more balanced (+6 H/s, +6 M/s) than Raid Roach's but still suffers in overall damage compared to RR because of the -6 Crit (and no one cares about 6% hit).
I'd still choose RR over SK when I load-out during boss fights :p

But the regen is nice when clearing mobs.

Yup, you can use SK for mobs since regen is no longer an issue (RR against mobs is horrible and would force you to constantly mash mana) and switch over to RR when you're at bosses...if you have enough money for both sets of course :D
And yes these SK weaps were just added.

I can attest to this first-hand...although it it does excellent, excellent damage against mobs and bosses, I think I wore a hole through my screen protector where the mana pot is :p

I would trade. There're gonna be tons more 55's dropping and I plan to take a long time to get everyone to 55 so there should be lots of time. In the meantime, it's hard to drop anything lower than a 55.

Did they up the drop rates? I have seen a couple of the staffs in a relatively short time (~ 4 hours) already.
I GAVE HIM THE STAFF FOR THE BOW!!!!! lol >.<
