Just As Apa Said. I saw him too! He showed it to me. But!! OMG! He said he payed 20m And a demo dagger set for it along with drag set. WOW! He got it from a friend of a friend. I was like what..........
His name was endyrocks it's sick.
My friend said that you could craft it for a week or two and then they cancelled it.

71 swift talon, and 71 savage scythe do exist. Some mistake got patched early in that cap.
He wanted all three 71 elites for it he told me
