Well, at the current plus or minus 5 levels rate...there's just a bit too much difference in the power levels.
For instance, I'd join a lvl 30 game, and it's flooded with lvl 35's. I'm forced to "get" my level 35 account to play that game because face it, no decent level 35 int mage or warbird is going to lose to a level 30 player.
I'd prefer if the range could be narrowed down to plus or minus 3 levels, or even a compromise of 4 levels, as long as each level class has people competing with similar level gear.
