Those components are worth a lot. The armor components usually go for more than the weapon components. I sold two recurve now bases for 100K. I just wanted to get rid of em. I probably could have gotten more.

I don't recall exactly, but I remember seeing that is what I got for a reward. I think I have it on my archer still, unless I gave it away, and I wouldn't have a single reason to craft one, so it must be a reward. I think I got the quest from Lily, but I don't quite remember.

iam sure u dont get the fine plate panel, but the fine plate SCRAP from the K&Q-Quest (from Lilly). u have to get 5 to combine to a PANEL.
agent smith gives ya the quest for the steel and the gobblin tunnels-quest u get the premium wood.
