Nerf made rhinos op. Every class EXCEPT the rhino got nerfed.

Umm, do you even play low level? If you ever rush someone in low level they just bring their 20 rhino -_-. Rhinos are op.

Yes I have that of course. Couldnt hit anything, bears kited me off with stomp and mages just heal. All mana gone after 2 minutes

Battles should not really last for THAT long, unless you have pally vs pally at endgame.

Your current skill build is decent. The only thing I would change is adding in tempest; sacrificing one skill point from guardian to put into tempest is not necessary, but useful against hybrid bears and other rhinos. (I wouldn't be using too much tempest on dexbears and pallies) It is also quite a good KS if you plan on doing FFA.
For skill points, put just enough STR so that you can equip plat pack, 22 int, and rest dexterity.
Also, keep a mana regeneration set on you at all times. If you are out of mana on your rhino, you are basically dead. That's why rhinos find themselves dying to bears and mages, who either don't need mana (bears) or regenerate very fast (mages). A L10 mage plat pack is preferable, but if you are broke on plat like me, any holiday int getup should suffice. (Toy man, ornament, cuddle me frost, cloth pjs, whatever you got.)
Also, don't be surprised if you are rushed for not wearing vanities. I still don't have any and everyone rushes me lol.

I think an L20 rhino's crit is like 5. You don't become OP by relying on crits like endgame bears.

If you dont want to worry about mana runout problems here is a build that works just fine (depending if you know how to apply it :P)

This is a great nuke build, but be aware of your health during rhino<>bear fights.

This build makes you squishy, but at the same time a great debuffer (-30% hit) and nuke.
