PvP/twink questions!

Hello everyone! I am 2 days new into this game, and had a couple questions regarding twinking.

1) Are there different lvl brackets to twink in? And if so, what are they?

2) When you turn off your xp-gain do you still remain able to PvP with those who havent?

Oh my goodness, that is a lot of brackets. I'm not sure I understand completely - let me try to clarify: If I am a lvl 5 twink, I will be competing against those from lvl 1 - 5? And a lvl 10 twink competes with lvl 6 - 10? So on so forth etc?

Also, is there any reason 12 & 19 are singled out? The rest seem to be in increments of '5'...

1) NO i think its -/+ 10 levels (not sure)

2) lvl 19 is for example because some months ago the lowest pink items were lvl 19

if ur twinking at lvl 5, u could be facing anyone from lvl 1 to lvl 15.

let me explain why.

u can join a game that's within 5 levels of the person who made the game.

if u join a game that's made by a lvl 10. lvl 5-15 can join.

if ur joining a game started by a lvl 5. lvl 1-10 can join.

Now that I understand, I have a comment:

Seems that the option to twink is relative to the available BiS gear for your level. Making it entirely gear based. Which is ok, except when you have no definitive level brackets. It defeats the purpose of twinking if a lvl 15 twink has to compete against lvl 20 twinks, and so on so forth. At that point you just have a low level vs. high level. I don't know how often a situation like that could arise, I'm still a noob, but I definatly see it complained about in previous posts - so I know it does happen.

The fix is super easy. PL developers should just slightly alter what they already have! example: lvl 5 creates a game, and lvl 1 - 9 can join. lvl 10 creates a game, and lvl 6 - 14 can join. Does that not make super awesome sense and sound easy as heck to do?

I know I'm a nub, sorry if I'm out of bounds here. heh.

this suggestion has been made many times, and it's likely the devs will have a level range minimum/maximum for any hosted games, pvp and pve...

Until then, Just join games that's 5 lvls under the highest level opponent you'd wanna face. ie: you're lvl 20 but don't wanna fight any stronger than 22, join a lvl 17 game

Is Bad to say that i actually perfer to fight higher lvls with my twink? only because fighting the same lvl is boring to me?

There are no lv12 "pvp" twinks, only pve. :D
