Same here...not to mention the fragmentation that occurs on your device from constant downloading, running, and deleting.

This doesn't really apply to handheld devices, since the amount of inodes is really small (especially taking into consideration the fact that /data resides on a partition of its own).
Furthermore, ext* fs' handle fragmentation really well.
Even the worry of these programs running in the background is gone, since you delete them right afterwards.

If you know your stuff, you can always run an e2fsck -fD /dev/block/your_data_block_device once in a while from recovery.


Getting back to the topic: i barely made 18 or so free plats. There seem to be little offers on android.

Oh I have no problem with people taking advantage of the tapjoy stuff. I was just saying it's not for me. BTW, has anyone found any gems through tapjoy, like apps they actually kept and use? I'd be interested to know.

No worries, and I was just saying it's not that tapjoy users don't have the money for plat, they just don't have access to it :D Granted some people do actually take advantage of the offer wall and play for free. Anyways I was here before the tapjoy wall was implemented, and spent some money on plat. However I do understand many do not have the patience to complete an offer for something worth 6.25 cents.

Also no, out of 173 app downloads none have been useful to me. I don't think the good apps would need to pay tapjoy to help them advertise :)

Tapjoy offers change throughout the week. If you don't see any free ones now, check tomorrow, or the day after that. Just keep checking, and grab the free ones when you see them
