Enchant Gear

I thought this could be a fun addition to the game.

you could disenchant the gear you get as opposed to just vendoring it all
you could really customize your stats compared to other classes
Allow enchants for the following attributes


+hit

+crit

+dodge

+h/s

+m/s

+armor

+dam (probably at 1/2 the rate of the other stats)
