Need help with charts...

Hey everyone!

Can someone please gimme some advise how to post a chart in a thread (i got the data on microsoft excel)? :confused:
I know Physiologic for example does very neat ones :)

Would be thankful for any help!

What I would do is take a picture of my spreadsheet (Printscreen on PC), save it, open it on Paint or something, crop the table out, save it, and upload to Photobucket.

This is what I've been doing for some PL pics.
