My attack bear questions

Ok ive respeced again and im looking for all player input what do you think of my charecter? What could I do to make it better?

I have level 6
Vengeful slash
Super mega slash
Stomp
ironblood
rage
Beckon
My crushing blow and evade are level 4 and im level 51 I am going to get them both too level 6 with the 4 points from level 51>55 and if I get another point for 55>56 ill use it for evade.


Now onto my stats and point allocation
With my equipment equiped these are my statistics

22 crit
9 dodge
679 health
16 health regen
400 mana
4 mana regen
136-145 damage
187 dps
135 armor

That is before using my skills
And this is after using my skills

Those are my stats with a full cyber rift set equiped along with a acrobats fine platitum band (2% dodge 10 damage)

My stats are 114 str 145 dex and 1 int before my equipment is equiped. The way I do this is equiping items in sequence to equip rift once rift is equiped I respec my stats too the mininum str requiered to weild rift (158) I plan on continueing this trick at lvl 56 once I have the level 55 set equiped (173 str)


This will make my base stats 125 str 154 dex 1 int with full level 55 warrior fury set equiped and if 55>56 gives 5 more stat points it will be 159 dex instead of 154

That will give me 166 armor with out set bonus and im not sure what the rest will be.



My question for everybody is can I allocate my skills in a different place to better my warrior? Such as less beckon for more evade etc. and should I purchase a different ring to better myself? I am an attacking warrior who likes high dps along with high armor. Please help thanks.l

There really isn't THAT much of a difference between an attack bear and a tanky bear aside from the slash levels/debuff and buff levels.

IMO, if you want high dps, you should put in at least one point in each of the slashes. Maybe remove one from vengeful to put into crippling, after all, a new skill with about 200 damage is worth one point in another skill that only adds about 10.

Also, if your mainly focusing on dps, fury is not the way to go. It's definitely defensive and not at all an attack type, unless you craft it, but even then.

In pvp, if you want to be a good attack bear, you'd want to focus on your hit and crit. For pve, hit doesn't have to be THAT high (90s should suffice) but crit is definitely important.

For my bear i have 3 useful load outs, my first is my pvp set up, my second is my fury set (tank) and my third is my pure dps set. I love my dps set since it gives me 44 base crit without buffs. Armour and dodge is definitely lower, but im definitely an attack bear.

Because of my different load outs giving me different str points, i cant afford to keep my str to the minimum since i switch between. So my suggestion is, instead of trying to squeeze everything in one (attack bear + tank bear), to just use different gear to come out as a different bear.

Bellow set.

High crit, decent dodge, and gives damage, all in one armour piece. But don't expect high armour though :p

Ok I will deffently take this advice now just 1 more question before I waste any more plat re doing my skills can you give me an exact allocation for my skills? Should level 5 on vengeful slash and super mega slash be fine? And 1 in my 2nd slash and use my left over points in my buffs such as taunt? Remember im only lvl 51

It depends, what are you after, pvp or pve? It could really vary if you only want to pvp, pve, or both.

Your gonna want to max all slashes if you want the highest dps and sacrifice buffs of course. Id say give up a few points in evade since you want high dps and high armour.

So keep taunt at 1 max all slashs and lose some evade points correct? So if I lose some evade what does this hurt? And would 0 taunt not be a good idea?

Yes that's correct.

If you lose some evade, thats lesser tanking capability for you. I'm only suggesting this since you want to be an attack bear.

I'd suggest at least 1 Taunt to help control aggro, its not confirmed yet if each additional point in Taunt actually adds more aggro, so at least 1 should be fine.

If you really really want to have high DPS, why don't you use dex equipment? I was a dual dex/str bear before, and the dex bear definitely had so much dps, almost as much or at par with a bird.

Well the main reason is because im poor and only have 150k and full cyber rift.. Plus the rift gives me high armor so heres what I did hows it sound?

Level 6 on all 3 slashs
Level 6 stomp
Level 6 beckon
Level 6 ironblood
Level 1 taunt
Level 6 rage
Level 6 hellscream
Level 1 crushing blow

Obviously this means level 0 healing and evade and with the 4 or 5 points from level 51 too 56 I plan on using them on crushing blow?

And whats a good crit set to use untill level 55?

So all of that +6 Crushing Blow when you hit 56? Sounds good. That should be exactly what you want, high armour and DPS on a bear.

Bellow pieces (Green) are available at 51 already.

1. Should I keep the level 6 second slash or make it level 1 and get level 5 or so evade or keep it?
2. Is there any paticular way I should set my skills? Such as use beckon stomp slash etc in corridence?
3. Can I add you in game? Whats ur ign?

1. That would be up to you, I'm afraid. It would really depend if you find yourself tank enough. Personally, I'd only keep 1 in each slash except SMS, which I put at 5.

2. Again thats up to you :) Whatever way suits you would help.

3. I only keep my friend list for people I actually know, sorry. If you do see me though, feel free to message :)

4. If you plan on staying with str gear only, then use the minimum amount of str required and the rest into dex.

so heres what I did final outcome

Level 5 sms
level 1 first and second slash
Level 6 stomp
level 6 beckon
level 6 ironblood
level 6 evade
level 1 taunt
level 6 rage

That means from 51 too 56 ill gain 5 points to use maybe get taunt too 6 or use the 5 points for 5>6 sms and 1>3 on the other 2 slashs im puchaseing bellow now.. But lvl 51 set cost much more then 53 I think ill get lvl 53 and use that set till 56 and you said its my preference how to allocate my skills right? How did you allocate yours? For best buff debuff combo ?

None in Crushing Blow? I find Crushing Blow more useful in dealing damage since you debuff dodge, so you can hit more.
