Here is some tips for you :). So you want to make a tourney correct? Make it a 1 on 1 tourney. The popular PvP levels are 20, 35, and 55. Try hosting tourneys in that level bracket. Make the entry fee more, lets say 15kish? That way it's worth it to enter and spend the time to level a twink and buy gear. Create an elaborate list of rules. Make sure everything is well thought out and understandable. This is why not many people create a tourney, it requires a lot of responsibility, trust, and most of all WORK.
