Vet Rewards.

Okay guys... Im not a noob but there are many things I dont rly look for/care about up to this point. I know pl gives vet rewards. But this is my second acc that i play on now First was hacked. So I have 2 acc right now. One has gold pl sheild blue vet armor set and legend wings. Both my acc were created only 2 months apart. Now my MAIN Acc has none of these. Only 2 month difference. Any ideas why this is? Thanks for the help all :)

I thought the same thing but i looked on the thread sts posted. Here qouted ''As a special Thank You to our fans, we have implemented a system of Veteran Rewards that grant items based on the age of your account. Our first rewards are a Roman themed vanity set.

1 Month - Vanity Helmet
3 Months - Vanity Chest Armor
6 Months - Vanity Tower Shield

If you qualify for these rewards, you will find them in your account's Stash. Visit Balefort Castle and go to the NPCs behind the Consignment Shoppe to access your Stash.

If you want to check the date when your account was created you do that by:

Go to the Spacetime Nexus (button from character select or menu)
Go to "My Account"
Go to "Purchase History" and at the bottom it will show when your account was created.


For pre-existing accounts here are the date ranges for the item grants:


If your account was created before July 20th 2011 then you receive the Veteran’s Helm, Chestplate, and Shield
If your account was created between July 20th 2011 and October 20th 2011 then you receive the Veteran’s Helm and Chestplate
If your account was created between October 20th 2011 and December 20th 2011 then you receive the Veteran’s Helm.


If you don't meet those criteria then don't worry! You will be granted the appropriate rewards as your account reaches the 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month ages.

We do have plans for further Veteran Rewards. If you have ideas about what would make cool rewards, please post your thoughts to our Suggestions and Feedback Forum. Also, we have plans to bring the Veteran Reward feature to Star Legends.'' -.- Im not too sure why I have not gotten this.

That roman gear and the PL Shields are given out on a "You play for X months/years you get that item" basis. All other gear (founder helm, shield of gratutude, frozen crown, angel gear) is rewarded for other reasons.

Just contact support if something is not right.

The shield of gratitude I suppose will be an official 4 year shield when we reach, I think it's the 21st of April this year? It was awarded if you bought at least 30 plat before like April 2011.
