recruiting 36+

Hello me and my guildies will be recruiting members level 36+ for RIOT, we are a small guild with mostly 40+ loyals and we are looking to grow, we are accepting all 36+, we don't care if you are poor or a noob, if u need some gold I will help with a little bit but I cannot do much, we also have rules because members do get irritated really fast and so do I.
Rules: 1. No begging( first is a warning and second is getting kicked).
2. No cursing( we have a friendly guild so let's keep it a friendly chat).
3. No arguing( if it gets to serious you will be kicked immediately).

We do PvP(I PvP a lot), pve(I pve sometimes but not much), elite( i don't do much but lots of members do).
