(Curiosity Question) 4 kills at 41?

Hey all,
Was quite bored with nothing to do so I was thinking of some Happy things. Some Sad things and some Curious things.
Lets stick to some Curious things shall we!

"Has anyone ever reached level 41 while keeping 4 kills? Maybe even 0 deaths?"

Of course this would mean having someone boost you all the way to 41 while also having no pet/an extremely low level pet equipped. However it would be a great accomplishment.
Really hope someone has achieved this before. Screen shots or ignames would be great.

*EDIT Yes I mean Pve kills sorry.

Its not much help but I remember seeing someone with 8 kills 0 deaths when the cap was 36 (he/she was also capped) though I have no screen shot evidence or ign.

its usually like Person A does nothing while Person B, a lvl cap player kills the mobs and the killed mobs when in close with A gives xp to player A...

In PL a couple of years ago, a buddy of mine set out to reach end game without recording a single kill. I'm not sure if he ever managed to get there, but I helped him level quite a bit along the way.

You can disable xp gain in settings. I saw a lvl 36 with zero deaths today in WT's

If you disable your xp gain, your kills counter won't increase.
