My eng= retracts I used up 7000plat just this last 3 days to open crates for the double odds weekend and didn't get a thing out it I feel like a got rip off anyone else in this situation coment here please . That's not even to count 1750 that used to open crates in Christmas event for ursume crates what sad ending this makes me want to leave this game for good. We expect at least to get something out of it and not just junk

No matter how many you open, there's never a guarantee of you receiving anything of value. It's a gamble that could never pay off. You could open 100,000 locks and never receive anything good. The probability of that happening specifically isn't likely, but It could happen. Just like someone could open one lock and get 3 arcanes. It's very, very improbable.
But no one should be complaining: You knew that it wasn't a guarantee when you payed the platinum. So don't expect a reward. Instead, spend your platinum on something that IS a guarantee.
