Post pics on forums with IPad??

Hey guys so I found out how to rotate my pics now I'm wondering how to post a pic on the forums with just an iPad, may be a noob question but I can't seem to do it. Can anyone help me with this??

I use my dropbox account. I can access it from an app on my iPhone, iPad, and my PC. It allows you to create and copy a link to your public folder. Love it!
