Remove fireworks from arena chests and add to recipe drop

I'd rather be alerted of the recipe drop so I don't miss it rather than constant fireworks from the arena chests.

I agree, you can't really miss the purple chest. I'd rather the fireworks be displayed on an item like the recipe when it's really exciting to get it.
