Need a lvl 16-17 Rhino Build and Gear

I put my faith that the community can do better than me at this. I have a lvl 16 rhino and am unsure if I should go 17 for pvp.
I need help on the gear to use, whether I should go to 17, and a build to go hard in the paint.

go to level 17, use a forgotten bow and kite

It hurts me that you choose brute force. Why?

6 Heal
1 Guardian
1 Charge
2 Redemption

OR (what I used, but I used paw not forg)

6 Vital
5 Heal
3 Guardian
1 Charge
1 Redemption

With a paw and shield, plus a crit and armor ring, plus armor face, plus 3 Guardian (+10 armor) I didn't need the full 6 heal, and I did great. Even Kawa was amazed ;p Anyways, Hurikaz is the one to look forward to posting, I did well but never really got into it (had like 300 kills total) so I'm sure there's a weak spot to using a paw and talon over a fbow.
