Hello. I finished the 100 totem quest but I can't find the ghost to return my quest to. Can anyone tell me where I can find it?

The ghost is a random spawn on the Crush the Keeper map in the shadow room. Same place you got the quest to start off. So you just have to run Crush the Keeper until he spawns and you can turn in. In other words -- he is hiding from you.
