How to get black ice wand???

I got the staff from doing the 1000 pelt quest. What about wand?

Is there anything else I can get that is black ice besides weapons?

There are two separate quests. One where you can chose from 2h weapons and another where you chose from 1h weapons. No there are not other black ice items, just weapons.

I don't know I never finished the quests they take too long. I just know what I hear.

There are two quests , one for pelts and one for snowballs, that are given out by 2 separate npcs in lost expedition town available after all other quests for that area have been completed. Their rewards are the 2h and 1h black ice weapons. I believe one is near spawn area and the other is by the tent/secret passage area

You should have done both quest together saves time used same map anyways.
