i have big love and have tried waving to fellow guild members so they can acquire little love but this doesnt seem to be working. can anyone help me out.

Yup, also, the Little Love banner as of last year won't stay in your inventory after the Valentines event is over unless you had the original one. But, Big Love is will stay with you if you purchase during Valentines.

If I remember correctly the price of Big Love (note this was the Big Love with the banner attached) was 15 plat, but you could change the Banner version to banner-less version for free.

There's never been a "full event" for Vday, but, things can could be different this year!
