Charged Combat Medic glitch

When I use the charged combat medic, then use another skill very very quickly afterwards, it doesn't work. My mana goes down, the medic skill greys out so I can't use it, but no green crosses appear, and I consequently die a horrible death ;) It only happens when I click something else too soon after releasing the medic button.

That's normal. It happens to me as well, if u get stunned when you have used medic the packs won't lay down. Hope I helped.
