If scammers get banned, will the items disappear too?

Because, I'm seeing some of my items I lent to the person in circulation.

This includes depraved blades brut lvl 3, shipmaster tricorn lvl 3, umbral shot brut lvl 3, radiant vest lvl 3, guardian vest lvl 3, woven pendant lvl 3, night ocean ring lvl 3.

I am suspicious that I see shipmaster tricorn lvl 3 in circulation as I feel its mine. Haven't heard news about the depraved blades and the rest of the items are pretty common so I wouldn't worry so much.


In the worst cases, is there a chance this person isn't banned?

Like we have said in this thread (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?69958) from a while ago, when you lend items to other people using the gift function, you may not get them back. In other words, getting your stuff back depends solely on the goodwill of the person who is "borrowing". However, another possibility is that these items originated form somewhere else.
