everlasting uppdate

Im unable to log on after todays uppdate. Its been abot 45min to 1hour ago and my phone still tell me game is down for uppdate. I tryed delete and reinstall the game but its still stuck. Annyone know what i should do? Im on android if that have annything to do with it.

Im on android too, had no problems.
May I ask which phone and android version you do use.
Maybe try to download it on different connection 3g/4g wifi.
