Quest help?

Alright here is my situation:

I have no idea where to find the last quest i need for Balefort Castle.
Here is my total questing progress:

Can someone tell me which town the person i need to speak to is? Help me out please.

I think this is the NPC at Shalerockstone Valley. Just tap HOST GAME and go to the Balefort Castle area "Shalerockstone Valley" and talk to the NPC (Strange Ancient Runes) at the back of the map there.
