No. Building a mage for pvp is so difficult. No matter how many damage do you have, warriors always beat you.

Rogues generally use the Lvl 31 mythic bow instead of hooks, also, most Twinks I see from that bracket seem to be level 33

Im pretty sure upgraded mythic is lv 36.

I have a mage in lv 31, and almost nobody there (pvp area).
