At what level is it best to begin purchasing platinum and is opening crates the easiest/best way to get money?

if u wanna depend on ur luck that is either u will hit high or get nothing u can open locks at lvl41 otherwise if u need sure way of income u can buy ankh kits/elixirs at any lvl and sell them at cs
