I Prefered L16 bird rather than 20 but I guess it's a matter of opinion

I tried 16 bird and after much practice, I find it easy to beat almost all L15 bears.

as for mages, they don't stand a chance.

Or just decent at Bird. Most 20 Bears are bad. As for Mages, he never said he could beat them, birds usually stand no chance against mages until L45+, or miraculous luck/bad mage.

I think I'll rename fogue back to 16, Ive noticed lv15 (non founder) mages are beatable if you use nuke builds, however if they use founder its gg.
& as for those who say that 15 bears aren't beatable with a nuke build, try doing blast break root shatter as ur combo vs them. As this enables you to still hit cruel blast combo without being stunned by stomp, unless they hold their stomp, in this case just continue but just do an immediate shatter blast combo so it hits fo sho. & they'll die before you do.

I'd do this but I can't anymore as my wifi sucks, however I'll try doing some 16 burd with ssneak maybe in a week or so.

Let's look at ranges shall we? The 2 most important skills vs a 20 bear are blind and repulse. Both of which have 12m range. A bear's highest range at this time is 8m. So even with the range glitch, It's still dependent on timing since we can both hit at 10m. Bears are the easy ones, mages are substantially more difficult. However, a nuke build allows me to beat mages 15-19 on a regular basis. 20 mages just make me cry.

20 birds actually have a decent shot vs 15/17 mages, as long as you know to nuke after heal.

I was simply telling him that birds do have a shot against mages, since he thinks they do not. I meant nothing about the magnitude of the shot, if that makes sense.

I never implied birds don't have a shot against mages, I implied that mages (if they have the skill ) usually win vs 20 birds.

Your statement that birds stay out of range is also off since the bird has to get close to use shattering scream and the bear can just hs then. I find bears win in bird fights more often than not.

If a bear saves Hs I just stay out and kite them to death lol.

1. I've only come across one bear using Xbow recently and he got nuked.
2. Xbow and fbow cause low hit, meaning if I hit blind I can kite HS and run in to nuke as long as I save repulse and keep track of hs cooldown

Nah, most bears use expert and hallo Dex helm. Meaning with Mecha face and fbow/xbow, the bear would have 90-95 base hit.

I see where our paths divide, I use sniper wing and avian cap against birds so as to land hs as frequently as possible.

I was simply basing the argument around my setup without realizing that you were talking about a different setup.

I was simply talking about te majority of bears. I'm not saying I win every time. I'm just saying it's not as hard as people make it out to be
