Abaddon vs Ripmaw

Which is better for a PvE Warrior (forget the xp bonus on Abaddon)

Passive and AA of both?

For me abaddon happiness bonus better for pve warrior,armor + speed + dmg really help war in elite map... if ur lvl 41 war 8 mana and hp regen from ripmaw will not help especially in elite (u can use pot mana and hp there). And for AA abaddon (reduce hit chance and doin DOT) can agro mob to....so for me,I'll go with abaddon. :D

ripmaw is cheap! but abaddon more beneficial for the long term.

Abaddon also has the extra armor and its just a better pet than Ripmaw in the long run

Just for compare Abaddon and Ripmaw defensive bonuses:
Abaddon: 110 armor (=2,37% dmg reduction at 41lvl), 10 str
Ripmaw: 3% dmg reduction, 15 str, stun machine

Make your owns opinion which pet is better and if ripmaw is really old and useless pet :-)

Both. I use both. But I prefer aba to ripmaw, I mostly run pve

I currently have Gyrm and Little Bear, but looking to grab an Abaddon.

Abaddon is far better than ripmaw for PvE. The only benefit of ripmaw is the fast regen (which is really only beneficial if you're a low level twink who doesn't want to spend money on as many potions).
Abaddon gives hella armor (very beneficial for twink tanks), 15% more damange than ripmaw, a speed boost, and a nice AoE Arcane Ability.

I actually prefer to use Abaddon in PvE over Samael unless I'm running a hard elite.
