Skills for lvling 35-41 quickly

Ive looked a lot on forums for something about this but cannot find so...
Im currently lvl 35 and have been grinding kt4 for lvls. Wondering if my current build is okay, or if i need to respec:
Aimed 5/5
Packs 3/5
Razor 3/5
SP 3/5

I was thinking about changing razor shield to traps and packs to shadow veil. Ive found that packs are increasingly underused and a waste of a skill slot.

Thanks in advance for any info about a quick lvling build, I am not looking for end-game builds.

when i run wt4 for xp(currently running from 40-41) i use the following
aimed 5/5
razor 3/5
trap 4/5
shadowveil 4/5


charge SV run in drop it then hit trap then razor then spam auto attack and use aimed everytime it recharges..
your gonna burn thru mana and this technique is only useful if your confident in pulling rooms and balling the mobs (works well in group runs).

What do you spec in traps and veil?

I'll recommend using RS, Veil, Aimed and Nox in Wt4, Traps won't be particularly useful til you hit elites so it's more important to dish as much damage as you can :).
For traps and RS, I generally steer clear away from the bleed because I don't like the aggro but it could be fine in WT4 if the mobs aren't scaled too high :P
And as a side note, packs are futile in PVE in almost every single aspect as you have items called potions that can be purchased pretty cheaply and don't take up a skill slot :D
Note: Remember the Razor Shield bug when formulating your build!
