Bug?

Some of my friends are on DL but they don't show up, they're playing but I cant message them? They are in street by themselves but it says there's no one online when they check their friend lists. What happened?

I'm also experiencing this ... Every server I go to is empty ... & it says only 3 of my 1000 friends r online ..

Sts start killing i have read on an forum they break the server i mean two server for ios and android user may be it is right
