How planar mythic pendant proc work?

When take dmg or do dmg? Just loot one today.. My main char is mage and prefer to do pve than pvp,if proc chance active when take dmg that's sound bad for me :(... So anyone know?

Firstly congrats on the drop :-). It procs on damage taken unfortunately. On tank it seems to proc practically on every pull and often enough on boss. It very rarely procs on mage and even more rarely on rogue ( I guess due to dodge and getting hit less).

Why do mages loot the recipes more? Don't wanna be off topic. They are like wild talisman. They proc on damage taken. When you absorb damages the pend will do proc and you will look like you own an arcane ring..

Why they make proc work same way for all class... another bad thing for mage :( ... Proc happen when we take dmg,this is what on my mind.... War do large pull then mage go to center area of mobs,mobs hit mage,then proc active,but wait!!! the proc caster is die after proc happen even bfore can reach the crystal :(...

You will ;) The Pendant stats are identical to Arcane ring.. Somewhat better imo ..
