I'm not able to pick any quests for alien oasis and above. What do I need to do?

Go to ao3 talk to sizoo in first of those levels. You need to be a higher level if that's what your wondering?

The AO quests are currently all AO3 I believe, some are found from Sizoo at the beginning of AO3 maps, and others come from a random spawning NPC on the Keeper's map. There will be plenty more quests soon though, when the AO town is added ;)
