Captain axe? Its actually an pretty good wepon for twinking because it got faster attacks then devour maul. Ofc ss is better cuz of proc but with ss you lose 1dmg and some hp.

I meant "IF" it happened, then end-gaming rogue would get their weapons at a fair crit/dodge rate of 150%...And this would obviously not happen that those oldy weps would get buffed
