5 hours ago , 12:00 gmt+7, i opened my acc.
Nah, now, 17:00 gmt+7, i open it for check my crafting station
but, unfortunately , when i open it it says that i have to register new acc.
what should i do? I lost my acc..

at 12:00 gmt+7 i opened it .. i already register acc when i'm started to play ofc...
17:00 gmt +7 i logged in and it said that i have to register my account so i can play again but at the start i have registered.

Check your spelling and make sure you did the right domain name. I have one account that for some reason I'm always typing it slightly wrong. When the New Account page comes up, I know I've done it again.

Immidiately go to your backup account, an optional e-mail that is added in case you lost any info. Use forgot your password and ASAP send a request to the backup e-mail. I would suggest you to open a microsoft account, as its safety is advanced, any changes on account info takes 30 days to approve it...
