regarding mythic helmet upgrade problem

As the title say, i have a problem with upgrading my mythic helmet. i have completed searching for 16 fragments. but, as i return the quest to jerril, i forgot to take my helmet from stash, as a result, my helmet didnt upgrade even i have completed my quest.

So, how can i get my helmet upgraded? i really appreciate any solution u can give.

Your best bet is to email support@spacetimestudios.com explaining your problem. This might take a few days so don't expect lighting fast response but it will most likely be corrected and you'll get your upgraded helm added in your stash.

Thanks for your suggestion. I think that someone have a same problem with me, and directly reply my post for the solution. But ill try to e-mail anyway :)
